Kyle Rote earned a Gold Medal at districts and a Bronze medal at the state level with his Entrepreneur Beef Proficiency. Kyle's proficiency is the first one in the history of Garden County FFA.

Kyle owns a small herd of beef cattle.  This is his Supervised Agriculture Experience, SAE, in the beef entrepreneurship area.  To apply for the proficiency Kyle had to maintain a complete record book, journal about his successes and challenges.  The application was reviewed at the district level and received a Gold Plaque.  He will receive a bronze medal at the Nebraska State FFA Convention in April.
